Today we added a new status icon – “updated” - in addition to the “new” one. Now you will be able to distinguish between newly created items and the updated ones.

The possibility to answer directly from email to email notification, and getting the answer posted back into 5pm, is a handy feature. Now we improved it by adding a separator line (“Reply above this line”) into the email notifications to give users control of what actually to post to 5pm.
