Tasks start date is defaulted now to the parent project start date if it is in the future (instead of “today”). The same applies to parent tasks and sub-tasks. This makes it easier to add future tasks.
interesting. that’s exactly what I suggested in my feedback mail from the 27th of december. I was actually a bit upset that no one get back to me about my request, or at least acknowledged my email. but I’m happy to hear thats its implemented now.
a bit too late for me unfortunately, as my trial account has expired now…
Hello, Markus. We do read through all the user feedback, including the email you mentioned. We had to discuss it with the team first, to see if this is something we will add to the development. At the end we did.
I just located your trial and extended it for another two weeks, just in case you want to check it. Your data is still there.

Thank you very much for extending my trial, that’s very kind of you.
Just a small change, but creating future tasks and subtasks is much much easier now.
