We just released a new grand feature – 5pm Google Apps Gmail widget. Now you can create projects and tasks directly from your Gmail emails!
This feature works only when using Gmail with Google Apps version of 5pm.

We just got done training on 5pmweb and my team really liked this feature. They did think that “complete a task” from gmail should have been included.
I have to agree. I have tried every PM, task tracking tool out there and this would be another game changing feature.
