We just added the “Client Login” link to the 5pm website homepage. Now you don’t have to remember your 5pm site URL in order to access the login page (you can use both methods). It also makes it easier for people using multiple 5pm accounts (with the same login email) – it will let you choose what 5pm site to login into.

The 2012 just started but we haven’t been idle – today we released several new updates:

* Filter by tags option added to General Report
* “Mark as Done (include the tasks)” added to project options – now you can close a project and all its tasks at once
* Email notification option on editing user’s profile (now you can email a user his/her login details at any point).

We are looking forward to adding many more features in the new year and improving the existing ones.

We just added the possibility to open the images in a new window – it can be useful for very large files that do not fit into the popup preview window. This feature is accessible through the link on the bottom of the image preview.

We just released a new grand feature – 5pm Google Apps Gmail widget. Now you can create projects and tasks directly from your Gmail emails!

This feature works only when using Gmail with Google Apps version of 5pm.

We have been working for some time on optimizing our main view to allow it to handle more data and to respond faster. We just released those optimization updates – out tests show a visible speed increase.

We just added a couple more ways you can customize your 5pm account. Now you can add a custom welcome message to the login screen and you can also add a custom footer/header to the email notifications generated by 5pm. Both options are available through the “settings” menu (to Administrators only).

We also expanded the types of columns you can include in Time Report (using right click on column headers).

Now you can see your custom tags in reports as well!
